At SkinMochi, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and refund policy.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Only items purchased directly from SkinMochi (via our website) are eligible for returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).
- Gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Service team at info@skinmochi.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a Return Authorization if your request is approved.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or style.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@skinmochi.com with your order details and photos. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Currency & Pricing
- All prices listed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
- All transactions will be processed in Canadian Dollars.
- Any applicable currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged by your bank or card issuer.
